Cook broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Cut them in cubes as well as tofu and put all the ingredients in the bowl. Add maca powder, sunflower seeds and lemon. Mix well. Use plain yogurt for dressing. Alternatively you can make your salad a main meal by adding grilled chicken or shrimps.
