Just add hot water and make a tea out of it. If needed, you can add milk or honey.
- Tea of your choice (herbal ideally)
- 1 tsp of Maca powder
- 1 cup of hot water Soya Milk (optional)
- Honey (optional)
Prepare your favorite cup of tea as you would usually do. When ready, add Maca powder to your cup of tea and stir the mixture. If needed, you can add milk or honey.
Please note: cooking can destroy some of valuable nutrients found in Maca. Ideally add Maca after tea is prepared: 1-2 min after you take your tea away from the heat.
