Cream:

Peal avocados and blend them in food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add water to achieve desired consistency. Chill the soup.

For the cream, blend all ingredients until very smooth. Add salt or pepper if needed.

Garnish your soup with fresh parsley and coriander and serve with chilled cream.
